The Webteam - Your Church needs YOU!

TRYING TO BE A CHURCH WITHOUT WALLS

 

Windsor is very fortunate to have its very own dedicated webteam who are in charge of developing the church's internet presence. There is also a larger group of people involved in making our services available for download via the website. We are always looking for more volunteers to join the team.

We can use people who can write stuff! Like, you know, articulately. Or people who already produce information, but would like it to appear on the site - we have a number of simple ways you could do this.

We can also use more technical folk, either with a knowledge of html, or css, or asp, or php, or podcasting and other web technologies, or with a willingness to learn. Knowledge of flash or MS Front Page is not an advantage :-)

What do you get out of it? Well, it's a bit like pinball... the reward for doing it well is to do it some more. Or, as Ignatius of Loyola put it:

to toil and not to seek for rest;
to labour and not to seek for any reward,

On the other hand, the Elders don't seem to come here very often -- so you can probably write what you want without being denounced in the announcements!
