East Belfast #1

Group Leaders: Brian & Heather Johnston

We started with a warm drink because it was cold outside and we ended with a birthday cake because it was a “Big Day” for one of us.

In between we thought about the question, “What would the world be like if everyone ....?” This question got us discussing how the way we behave reflects God in this world. We had a chance to share our lives with each other: parts that were going well and areas that needed prayer and support. We took time to look at some bible verses to help us focus on God and to pray for each other.

I have never come away from fellowship group without thanking God for it, even when it is cold outside.

Generally we alternate between bible study and prayer, as we seek to support each other become better followers of Jesus in our daily lives.

Phil and Jude's Story

Phil and Jude's Story

"Belonging to a local church, in our community, was very important to us. After getting married we tried Windsor and stuck around because we really benefit from the teaching and the value placed on both the roles of men and women. Also helping us settle in have been lots of other young couples sharing their lives with us and making us feel part of the family."
